This may have been way overdue…but let’s do introduction…

First will be the leader, Sirong. She is the one who usually give out task for the team to do, although they would not actually do it just to see her irritated. That is one of the entertainment during project meeting…(whisper*you would know when she is exasperated...she usually rolls her eyeballs *lol)

Next, will be Wee Keat…the aikido fanatic. Despite having to attend the aikido every day at 7pm, he manages to somehow juggle his tasks that were given to him in spite of the strait of the training. However, he will be doing it with a lot a noise and complains. He is the uncle in our group.

The next intro will be Fadly, our newbie in the team. He may be a cool dude but he is useless in handling stress. But he is a joker and he relieves our stress at times but somehow manage to increase them again. In the team, he is well-known to talk in unknown languages that is unknown anywhere around the world.

When being asked whether there are any girls in the group among those guys, we know that the ratio will be 3 girls to 2 boys. So you can look forward the next intro. It is a girl!!!

Her name is Nasihah (people call he Nas). She maybe a girl but she can sure pack a punch. She is the one that can usually connect with the boys in our team while connecting with the girls in our team. Well, from this scenario, you can see that she is the bridge to balance just the ying and yang although she is a girl…Awesome!!!

And the last girl in the team would be me, Mira. Well basically, I am a talkative girl but does work if I feel like it...that sounds bad, doesn't it. However, truthfully speaking, I rather enjoy the fast pace that I have gone through in this project. I enjoyed the fieldwork and manage to see the different parts of Toa Payoh…which I have never even touch down before.

Take note: I feel uncomfortable right now!!! HAHAHA…I have never, ever have to describe myself before!!! This is so embarrassing .....

Hi guys!! Updating of the status of the project now....

At last!!! The report for the first deadline of the project is done. After a lot of over-nightings and a LOT of help from certain people to help us polish up the report and redoing the maps in the in the software (STRESS!!!)...we are on the way to printing the reports and handing it in. Let’s hope we get there in time!!! Cross your fingers

While doing the project we actually manage to go places that on some days we never even thought about. First, we went to University Town down between Singapore Poly and NUS. We got lost. But after a while we manage to find the Starbucks at University Town. And we get to enjoy the peace and quiet of Starbucks while experiencing the atmosphere of studying in NUS…

 Took a break after cracking our brains... so we can have more ideas....

Sunday Morning!!!!!

We start our day at Starbuck, University Campus at Dover Road. Hoping that our dream will all come true to study in NUS next 1 and half year, HaHaHa ... !!! It's a nice place to study there but very, very difficult to a person like me finding the place. I was cursing and swearing when i was lost, but luckily there is a security guard and map of the school that help me out to the destination.

I was like thinking to myself, what other word can they understand and guide me through the destination

ME  : Bacha ... Coffee Coffee Drink Drink ..
CW : Ohh .. !!!

He bring me to a vending machine where it sell hot water, like you know ... nevermind bacha, you make my day ... hahahahahaha ... !!!!

REPORT...REPORT...SOYA and INSTANT NODDLES??

Good Morning Folks!!!

Its 3.23am!!!

& we are still working on the report!!!

Looking at the time today is the last day where we can work on the report, add to that it MUST be completed!!

STRESS!!! Now taking a break from the report writing...

AND...

Sirong is drinking soya to keep herself awake and stomach fulfilled.... AND LATER she will cooking instant noodles instead...

As all of you know the project deadline is round the corner.  When I say round the corner I mean ROUND THE  CORNER as the deadline is on 18th June which is MONDAY!!!

OH MY!!! We are all rushing...

Today only two of us went to look at the route for the trucks.
So before we start our day.. a breakfast is important!!

The Mission today is to see the route that we had done in the ArcMap.

We are back! Back! Back on track!

So we are officially having our 2 weeks study break from school to revise for our upcoming exams, but guess what rather than doing that we are actually doing this!!!! HAHA!!!


Well no matter what we still be doing our study.. manage to divide our time equally..
well i can say almost.. ALMOST!! everyday we are going back to school to do our FYP.. well TIME IS BASICALLY RUNNING OUT.. we are running OUT OF TIME!! *ouh-oh!!* well Fret not we manage to do our job.. HAHA.. 

WELL WE ARE HANGING ON STRONG TO COMPLETE!! HAPPY DAY PEOPLE!!! DON'T BE TOO STRESS OUT YO!! 

Filming For A Day!!!!

A big day today....we are going to have filming about our project. For what purposes?

Well…first, it’s for competition. Second, it’s for our team. And third, it’s for memories. Lol! 

Anyway, we (and I meant my team and our facilitator) went to Toa Payoh and rendezvous at MacDonald with the filming crew. We discussed on what we should do for the filming and where should we do it.


In conclusion, we enjoyed ourselves, as its our first ever encounter.

A VERY GOOD MORNING TO FELLOW READERS!!!

Well here i am, updating this blog... Well i would like to talk about our project progress.. as i can say.. the progress of the project is really going smoothly.. the task are being assigned more clearly.. so that we won't be mixed up with other findings. Above are US!! S3DF!! A new initial "F" is being added as he has just recently join us.

now we are left with our reports compilations with and the result from our routing. AND LASTLY WE CAN'T FORGET ABOUT THE COMPETITION!! A TIGHT COMPETITION WE WILL BE HAVING.. BUT KUDOS!! GOOD LUCK TO US!!

Hello Lovely Singaporeans!!

Well sorry for the late post.. we have been busy with field work. Well, i guess pictures say a thousands words..

This is how we do our field work. Even under the scorching hot sun. Taking the coordinates of the Recycle Bin.

Our Bin location is at Toa Payoh. 

After taking down the location of the Bin, we go back to school and start to compile and  analyze the data and inputting it to the software. It is A LOT OF WORK & DATA FOR US. 

Knowing that we need to key in LOTS of data, our Team member FADLY is shocked...CAUGHT ON CAMERA!!!!!!

Even when we are eating we still do our work.. 

The flow of our project is going well. After the collection of data, now we are just in putting the data on the software. Good Luck to US!!

2nd meeting

Today 30/03/2012,

Here we are again, having our team meeting with our Supervisor.
The agenda for today is completion of our Survey and the discussion of our project.
So far, our progress in doing our work is going well. We manage to get our priorities straight.
With the help of our Supervisor, things are going smoothly. Honestly, when we start the project,we are kinda lost.
But Hey!! We are back on track with the project, due to our lifesaver that is our Supervisor.
Oh yah! Before i forget. Our team have a new member. So with his presence, we hope our team progress will be better. =)!!
So i guess till here then.. because our true adventure haven yet start!! so i guess have to wait for it!! =)

The first journey

its 22/03/2012..
we are having a team meeting for the proposal and decided the location on where we want to do.
each of us are given a task so that the work that need to be done will be in a flow.
we are trying our best to squeeze our work to meet with the dateline.
the things that need to be done today is complete the proposal, research on the background of the location so that we are able to make our job easier..
today we just do what we able to do. update next time!!
